This is a yummy corn sandwitch which have peanuts bhujiya and creamy corn.it is very healthy and easy recipe and perfect for breakfast ,brunch or tiffin.

Ingredients to make Peanut corn sandwitch

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 2 tbsp boiled corn
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • butter for bread
  • For green chutney---
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 2 tbsp bhujiya
  • 1 green chilli
  • Half lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

How to make Peanut corn sandwitch

  1. ADD PEANUTS AND GREEN CHILLI
  2. CORIANDER LEAVES
  3. BHUJIYA
  4. LEMON JUICE
  5. AND MAKE THICK PASTE
  6. IN A BOWL ADD CORN AND CURD
  7. AND ADD GREEN PASTE IN IT
  8. REMOVES SIDES OF BREAD
  9. AND BUTTER THEM
  10. SPREAD GREEN CORN PASTE UPON IT
  11. AND COVER WITH CHEESE SLICE
  12. AND MAKE SANDWITCH WITH OTHER BREAD
  13. BUTTER ON THE OTHER SIDE ALSO
  14. COOK IN ON NON STICK TAWA
  15. COOK FRIM BOTH SIDES
  16. CUT IN HALD AND SERVE
  17. WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
