  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to make Microwave Sponge Cake

  1. GREASE MICROWAVE SAFE DISH
  2. SIEVE DRY INGREDIENTS AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. WHISK EGGS IN A BOWL
  4. ADD SUGAR, MILK, OIL AND VANILLA EXTRACT
  5. WHISK THE MIXTURE WELL
  6. SLOWLY ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL
  7. POUR BATTER IN PREPARED DISH
  8. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 5-6 MINUTES
  9. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 5 MINUTES AND DEMOULD
  10. SERVE AS IS OR DECORATE AND SERVE
