ABOUT Microwave Sponge Cake RECIPE

Easy to make and you dont need oven to make the soft melt in mouth sponge cake, the microwave cake tastes equally delicious

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 2 tsp baking powder
  4. 150 g sugar
  5. 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp oil
  6. 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp milk
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. GREASE MICROWAVE SAFE DISH
  2. SIEVE DRY INGREDIENTS AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. WHISK EGGS IN A BOWL
  4. ADD SUGAR, MILK, OIL AND VANILLA EXTRACT
  5. WHISK THE MIXTURE WELL
  6. SLOWLY ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL
  7. POUR BATTER IN PREPARED DISH
  8. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 5-6 MINUTES
  9. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 5 MINUTES AND DEMOULD
  10. SERVE AS IS OR DECORATE AND SERVE
