Papad coated paneer

Ingredients to make Papad coated paneer

  • paneer cubes 250 gm
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Pizza masala 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce 4 tbsp
  • capsicum sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Papad half crushed 6-7 (urad dal masala papad )

How to make Papad coated paneer

  1. Mix the ketchup, tabasco, mustard sauce/paste, red chilli powder, salt to taste, corn starch, Italian pizza seasoning together.
  2. Add the paneer cubes in the mixture and coat the paneer in the marination. Keep the marination in the fridge for 30 mins.
  3. Coat the paneer in the papad, which are grounded into small pieces but not very finely.
  4. Keep some oil to heat and add the paneer to fry.
  5. Serve them warm for best taste.

My Tip:

Use urad dal masala papad for coating.
