About Vodka-yogurt mango jelly Recipe

Dessert made with peach flavoured vodka,mango and yogurt n served with chilled rasgullas gives a divine flavour.

Vodka-yogurt mango jelly

Ingredients to make Vodka-yogurt mango jelly

  • Any fruit flavoured vodka 2/3cup
  • White sugar 4tbsp
  • Geletin 2 tsp soaked in 1tbsp water for vodka jelly
  • Geletin 2 tsp soaked in 1tbsp water for yogurt jelly
  • yogurt 1/2cup
  • condensed milk 2tbsp
  • Thick cream 2tbsp
  • honey 2tbsp
  • mango star chunks 7-8
  • mint leaves 8-10
  • Cranberry blooms 4-6
  • Rasgullas 5-6 chilled
  • mango puree 1/2cup

How to make Vodka-yogurt mango jelly

  1. First of all, heat vodka in microwave for 2minutes.
  2. Add sugar and gelatin and mix properly to dissolve sugar n gelatin till it becomes transparent solution and keep aside.
  3. Now heat cream in a separate microwave safe deep bowl.
  4. Add honey ,yogurt , gelatine and condensed milk .
  5. Whisk thoroughly.
  6. Cut mangoes in desired shapes with cookie cutter
  7. Pour 2 tbsp vodka syrup in a smooth bowl...Add mint leaves , cranberry blooms ,mango chunks and refrigerate for half an hour.
  8. Pour the cream and yogurt mixture over the vodka jelly and refrigerate again for 3-4 hours.
  9. Cut the edges with a knife and place your jelly upside down over a plate.
  10. Serve with chilled mango puree and rasgullas.

My Tip:

You can select any of the edible flowers in place of cranberry blooms.
