ABOUT Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Muffins RECIPE

These Muffins are so delicious and healthy too. I have used Apples , whole wheat flour, avocado oil and cane sugar in it. I am resident of India but at present in Singapore.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 2 Cups Grated Apples(About 2 apples)
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  5. 2 teaspoons baking soda
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 2/3 Cup Avocado oil
  8. 2/3 Cup Cane sugar powder
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  10. 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  11. 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Sieve Whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon powder together.
  2. Whisk eggs, vanilla essence, oil together.
  3. Add sugar powder in it.
  4. Add grated apples and mix it well.
  5. Add chopped Almonds in dry mixture.
  6. Add flour mixture to the egg mixture.
  7. Fold dry and wet ingredients well.
  8. Pour the mixture into muffins and arrange in a muffins tray.
  9. Preheat the oven for 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  10. Keep the tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
