ABOUT Mango yoghurt oats parfait RECIPE

It is a simple, quick and healthy wholesome summer breakfast dish that makes best use of seasonal fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango 1
  2. Oats 1cup
  3. Yoghurt 1cup
  4. Sugar 3tbsp
  5. Vanilla essence 1tsp
  6. Chopped dry fruits 2tbsp for garnishing
  7. Cornflakes 2tsp for garnishing
  8. Cherry 2-3for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats, add 1tbsp sugar, toss till sugar melts and coat the oats. Switch off.
  2. Make puree of one mango.
  3. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Beat thick yoghurt, sugar and vanilla essence.
  5. Take a serving glass, spoon in mango puree, yoghurt and oats.
  6. Garnish with chopped dryfruits, muesli, cherry etc.
  7. Serve chilled.
