Ingredients to make Paneer Dhaniya Korma

  • 200 gram paneer home made
  • For Gravy, 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 green chillies nicely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • salt as per taste
  • For Tempting,1 bay leaf
  • 6 to 8 black pepper corn
  • 2 to 3 cloves
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped corriender
  • oil for cooking

How to make Paneer Dhaniya Korma

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP YOGURT IN A BOWL, ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER IN IT
  2. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES NICELY CHOPPED
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  4. 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  5. SALT AS PER TASTE
  6. ADD 1/2 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  7. NOW MIX IT
  8. ADD SOME WATER AND AGAIN MIX TILL ALL WELL COMBINED
  9. NOW HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD 1 BAY LEAF
  10. 6 TO 8 BLACK PEPPER CORN
  11. 2 TO 3 CLOVES
  12. 2 GREEN CARDAMOM
  13. 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  14. AND MIX
  15. NOW ADD 1 AND 1/4 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN IT
  16. AND ROAST TILL RAW SMELL GONE
  17. NOW ADD CURD MIXTURE IN IT ON LOW FLAME
  18. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORRIENDER
  19. MIX AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  20. NOW ADD 200 GRAM PANEER CUBES IN IT
  21. MIX GENTALLY
  22. COVER IT AND COOK THIS FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  23. FINALLY ADD HAND FUL CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND MIX GENTALLY ON LOW FLAME AND COOK FOR 30 SECONDS
  24. NOW PANEER DHANIYA KORMA IS READY TO SERVE
