Ingredients to make Cornflakes jaggery ladoos under 10 minutes .

  • Crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup
  • jaggery powdered 4 -5 tablespoons
  • water 3 tablespoons
  • cardamom powder 2 big pinches
  • Chopped nuts (optional) 1 teaspoon

How to make Cornflakes jaggery ladoos under 10 minutes .

  1. Heat a pan . Add 4 tablespoons jaggery with little water . Start melting by stirring .
  2. The jaggery melts . Boil until thick and hard ball consistency .
  3. This is hard ball consistency . Check by dropping a drop of jaggery syrup in a cup of water .
  4. Add cardamom powder 2 pinches.
  5. Take 1/4 cup crushed corn flakes.
  6. Add this to the jaggery syrup and mix quickly . Switch off the flame . Let it come to warm stage . t
  7. Make balls when the mixture is warm . Don’t cool too much as the mixture will become hard to hold .
  8. Quick and healthy corn flakes jaggery balls ready under 10 minutes .

My Tip:

Old jaggery looks dark in colour and so ladoos turn darker . New ones give a nice pleasing colour . Still , nutrition wise both give same results .
