ABOUT Potato cheese cutlets RECIPE

It's an amazing evening snack, crispy from outside, soft and chewy from the inside.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 large sized potatoes boiled
  2. 4 bread slices
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbsp mozarella cheese
  5. 1 tsp chaat masala
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Water for dipping the bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take the potatoes,salt and chaat masala. Mix it well.
  2. Dip the bread in water and squeeze all the water. Add that bread in the mixture above.
  3. Take a mixture in your palm and put a little cheese inside and roll in a cylindrical shape.
  4. Now fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
