Tangy mango Honey salad

Ingredients to make Tangy mango Honey salad

  • 1 medium ripe mango peeled and sliced
  • 9 to 10 Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 8 to 10 snow peas optional
  • One medium avocado sliced
  • Half small onion sliced
  • One bowl yellow red green capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 8 to 9 grapes
  • 6 to 7 blueberries
  • Half bowl chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to test
  • For dressing
  • One tablespoon honey
  • Half tablespoon lemon juice
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • Half inch grated ginger

How to make Tangy mango Honey salad

  1. Method first to prepare dressing combine lemon juice olive oil Honey Ginger salt and crushed paper corns in a small 4 cover and shake well
  2. Put few lettuce leaves snow Peas onion capsicum strips avocado slices mango slices in a serving platter
  3. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns and drizzle some dressing on top and serve immediately
  4. For Garnish
  5. Half ripe mango carved as rose
  6. Strawberry carved as Rose some mint leaves and place and decorate with rose
