About Coconut Dry Fruit Rolls Recipe

These are quick and easy-to-make rolls that has coconut and are loaded with dry fruits. I have shaped them in cylindrical rolls but you can shape them as per your choice.

Coconut Dry Fruit Rolls

Ingredients to make Coconut Dry Fruit Rolls

  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut + 1 tablespoon more for coating
  • ¼ cup mixed chopped nuts (I have used walnuts, almonds, cashews)
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey (adjust as per taste)
  • 1 tablespoon milk

How to make Coconut Dry Fruit Rolls

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add desiccated coconut. Cook on a low flame for 1-2 minutes. Keep stirring.
  2. Now add milk powder and mixed chopped nuts. We have used walnuts, almonds and cashews. You can use any combination of your favourite nuts.
  3. Stir for about a minute and add honey. Cook and stir for about a minute and then add milk. Check the sweetness level and adjust the quantity of honey. If you find the mixture too dry then add little milk gradually.
  4. Cook till mixture thickens and forms a lump. Remove from flame and let the mixture cool down completely.
  5. Shape rolls from the mixture and roll them in desiccated coconut. You can even shape them in small round balls. Keep refrigerated and enjoy.
