Palmfruit sharrbat

Ingredients to make Palmfruit sharrbat

  • 1 litre milk
  • 4tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp corn flour
  • Palm fruit 12 pieces
  • Rose water 1 tbsp

How to make Palmfruit sharrbat

  1. Mix milk, sugar and corn flour in bowl.
  2. Shift the mixture in a pan and boil the mixture and stie continuesly.
  3. After the milk is boiled keep it for cooling under the fan.
  4. After the mixture is cooled add rose water in it and keep it in freezer for chilling.
  5. Then in the grinder grind the palm fruit coarsly .
  6. Then remove the mixture from the freezer and add the palm fruit in it then keep it in freezer untill it is chilled.
  7. After it is chilled remove it in a glass and enjoy the palm fruit sharrbat.

My Tip:

You can also add ice cubes in it.
