Watermelon iceceam

Ingredients to make Watermelon iceceam

  • 2 cup watermelon cube(without seed)
  • 3/4 cup milkpowder
  • 2 to 3 tsp powder sugar or as per taste
  • 1 /2 cup malai or cream

How to make Watermelon iceceam

  1. Firstly put the watermelon cube into airtight container
  2. Put it into freezer for 5 to 6 hrs
  3. Take from the freezer and put it into big bowel for blending
  4. Take electric hand beater and blend it properly
  5. Assemble all the ingredients properly
  6. Now add cream or malai and blend for few sec
  7. Pour it in to ice cream mould and cover with foil tightly or airtight container
  8. Put the iceceam in freezer for 8 hrs
  9. Watermelon iceceam is ready to serve

My Tip:

Adjust the sugar as per watermelon sweetness
