Very yummmy my version of masala papad with fruits

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Papad 4 pieces
  2. Ripe mango 1 piece
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Chaat masala 2teaspoon
  6. onion 1 medium size
  7. tomato 1 piece
  8. small cucumber 1 piece
  9. green chillies 2 pieces
  10. Pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons
  11. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  12. Green coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and chopped onion
  2. Chopped tomato
  3. Peel and chopped mango into cubes
  4. Peel and chopped cucumber
  5. Mix all in a bowl .....add pomegranate seeds too
  6. Add chopped green chilllies
  7. Add salt ,black pepper powder
  8. Add lemon juice
  9. Add chaat masala
  10. Mix well
  11. Roast the papadms in oven
  12. Spread the salsa mixture on papadams
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves
  14. Serve quickly
