A delcious quick kalakand using mmlk powder and mango pulp , to delight your guests , can be ready in few minutes .

Mango Kalakand

Ingredients to make Mango Kalakand

  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp finely slivered nuts like pistachios ,almond slivers.
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • strands saffron

How to make Mango Kalakand

  1. Mix both paneer , mango pulp , and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan, and cook on a low flame till mixture thickens .
  2. after about 10 minutes, the mixture comes together. spread it on a greased dish or on a dish with butter paper lined.
  3. allow it to cool and set .,meanwhile sprinkle the slivers of nuts on top, press gently . after about an hour the kalakand would have set well, slice and serve
