Mango nuts icecream

Ingredients to make Mango nuts icecream

  • 1 cup = 200 grams (measurements used)
  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Condence milk 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup almond and cashew half crush powder

How to make Mango nuts icecream

  1. Mango pulp, condense milk, cream and milk , take the ingredients in a mixer jar
  2. Put on the jar lid
  3. Then blend the ingredients properly
  4. Open the jar lid, pour the mixture in a air tight tiffin box
  5. Mix the almond and cashew powder to the ice cream mixture
  6. Close the tiffin box cap
  7. Keep it in the freezer about 1 hour
  8. After 1 hour take out the box from the freezer
  9. Again blend the mixture for very smooth texture
  10. Then pour the mixture in same airtight tiffin box
  11. Close the tiffin box cap
  12. Again keep the box in the freezer about 4 hours for full set the ice cream
  13. After 4 hours bring out the box from freezer, open the cap, scoop it and keep it on a plate
  14. At last garnish with few cashew and almond crushed
