Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw papaya, grated or long juliennes
  2. Carrot, grated or juliennes
  3. Tomato , deseeded and cut in juliennes...1/4 cup
  4. Capsicum., Deseeded and cut in juliennes...few pieces
  5. Paneer , few pieces chopped in long strips
  6. Salt and black pepper powder to taste
  7. Peanuts , crushed or whole...1 tea spoon
  8. Pine nuts...few
  9. Thai dressing...as required
  10. Ingredients for thai dressing
  11. Pea nut butter...1 table spoon
  12. Lemon juice...1 table spoon
  13. Honey...1 table spoon
  14. Olive or sesame oil....1 table spoon
  15. Soya sauce...1 table spoon
  16. Ginger garlic paste...1 tea spoon
  17. Red chilli flakes...1 pinch
  18. Salt 1 or 2 pinch or to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut all veggies in. Long strips or juliennes for uniformity
  2. Put all veggies in a bowl and mix dressing in it and serve
  3. Mix everything of thai dressing and keep in a glass container in refrigerator and use as and when required
  4. If you don't have ginger garlic paste, just pound both items and extract juice from them and add the same in dressing
