Ingredients to make Amras panipuri

  • 2 cup Rawa/semolina (soozi)
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 ripe mango pulp
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Pinch of peprika powder
  • 1 tsp dry mint powder

How to make Amras panipuri

  1. For puri : Take a bowl add soozi,wheat flour and salt and kneed a soft dough and rest it for 1hour.
  2. Make small rounds of puri and deep fry till crisp and golden and let it cool completely.
  3. For amras: Take pulp of mango and blend in mixer for 2 min with some salt,peprika ,chaat masala,mint powder and add few ice cubes to make pouring consistency..
  4. For serving: Serve amaras in pani puri and enjoy..serve chill amras,you can also add pomegranate seeds or any other fruits.

My Tip:

Serve panipuri immediatly after filling amras to avoid soginess..
