Home-made pasta dough takes your pasta craving to another level. Make this.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 cups of flour
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 1 tblsp olive oil
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/4 cup water, if needed

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour and salt together. Make a well and bread the eggs into the well. Add olive oil and whisk well until the eggs break down completely.
  2. Use your hands to knead for almost 6 minutes. Wrap in cling and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out on a floured surface. Fold over and roll again. Repeat thrice. Roll out again and cut into the desired shape. Dust and keep aside as your pot of water boils.
  4. Cook for a few minutes and then toss in the sauce of your choice.

For eggless pls omit the eggs and add 1/2 tsp of baking powder
