About Peanut-Coriander Chutney Recipe

Peanut Coriander Chutney is a midly spicy chutney that is very easy to prepare and goes well with many indian snacks and dishes.

Peanut-Coriander Chutney

Ingredients to make Peanut-Coriander Chutney

  • Green coriander leaves -2 cup
  • peanuts-1 cup
  • lemon juice -2tbsp
  • Green chilli -2-3
  • ginger piece-1 inch
  • garlic-6-8
  • salt to taste

How to make Peanut-Coriander Chutney

  1. First roast the peanuts in a pan, take it out and cool it Take a mixture grinder jar, add chopped coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, green chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, lemon juice and some water into it. Grind it well and make a fine paste.
  2. Taste the Chutney and add salt to taste and as per needed and further serve it.

My Tip:

First add little water to grind the Chutney and then add as per needed.
