ABOUT Oreo ice cream RECIPE

Oreo is all time Kids favorite and a little Twist of mummy's magic to make it tastier by using cream and chocolate syrup

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 Ltr Milk
  2. 1 cup Heavy Cream
  3. 1 packet oreo biscuits
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. Chocolate syrup and Oreo biscuit for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil milk till it becomes half in quantity Now put sugar and cook till sugar is dissolved
  2. Now blend the Oreao biscuit and mix them and beat it so lumps are not formed and cool down
  3. Beat heavy cream with electric beater till floppy and smooth and keep aside
  4. Now mix all ingredients together (milk Oreo mixture ,cream ) properly
  5. Pour in air tight container and chill in refrigerator for 3-4 hour
  6. Serve chill and garnish with chcolate syrup and Oreo biscuit
