This is a delicious recipe of mango flavoured pan cake.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 ripe mango
  2. 1 bowl sooji
  3. 1 bowl hung curd
  4. 1tspn black salt
  5. 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
  6. 1tblspn sugar powder ( optional )

Instructions

  1. Wash peel and chopp the ripe mango.
  2. Now blend it and make the puree of the mango by adding salt, red chilli powder and sugar powder.
  3. Now take a bow of sooji.
  4. Now pour all the hung curd in it.
  5. Mix it very well.
  6. Add this Mango puree to it.
  7. Now before making pan cakes add 1/2tspn of eno fruit salt to it.
  8. Mix it very well so that it is combined to it properly.
  9. Now heat the pan.
  10. Brush it with oil.
  11. Pour 1scoop of batter to it.
  12. Spread it in round shape from inner side to outer side.
  13. Flip it.
  14. Now when it gets brown and crispy transfer mango pan cake to the plate.
  15. Mother, s Recipe Mamgo Pan Cake is ready to eat.
  16. My mother used to serve it with Imly pudina chutney.
  17. I have serve it With Imli pudina chutney and mayonnaise sauce.
