ABOUT Dosa RECIPE

South Indian breakfast, an easy recipe to make tasty crispy dosa at home to be served with some chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup urad dal
  2. 4 cup rice ( dosa)
  3. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal and rice separately for 4-6 hours . Soak fenugreek seeds with rice. After soak , Make a fine paste in mixer. Add water and make a medium or to dosa consistancy. Keep it for permentation for ten hours.
  2. Heat tava and make dosas Serve dosa with chutney and sambar.
