Custatd made with muskmelon pulp.arefreshing side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk500ml
  2. Custerd powder1table spoon
  3. Muskmelon pulp1/2cup
  4. Sugar 2table spoon
  5. Muskmelon cubes 1cup
  6. Vanilla essence 1/2tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix custard powder and sugar in a ball
  2. Heat milk till boil
  3. Add custard powder_sugar mix,stir continuously to avoid lumping
  4. Add muskmelon pulp and vanilla essence
  5. Put in fridge for 1hour.put melon cubes in a serving bowl.
  6. Pour chilled custard over cubes ,serve.
