Raw mango squeezed gojju

Ingredients to make Raw mango squeezed gojju

  • Raw mangoes 4-5
  • water
  • jaggery 1 lemon sized
  • salt to taste
  • For masala...
  • red chilli 5-6
  • fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • coconut oil 3 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • water
  • For seasoning...
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • curry leaves few
  • fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • coconut oil 2 tsp

How to make Raw mango squeezed gojju

  1. Wash and boil raw mangoes medium sized.
  2. Allow it to cool.
  3. IN the meantime fry masala ingredients except water and coconut in low flame till good aroma.
  4. Grind smoothly by adding some water and grated coconut.
  5. Transfer into a bowl.
  6. Now remove the peel and seeds of mangoes, squeeze smoothly.
  7. Add in to ground masala bowl.
  8. Allow it to boil finely in medium flame for 5 minutes.
  9. Do seasoning, add and mix well.
  10. Serve with hot rice.

My Tip:

You can use any type of raw mangoes.
