ABOUT Methi Dosa RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Methi 5 tsp cup
  3. Jaggery lemon sized
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water
  6. Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak dosa rice and methi for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain the water, grind smoothly by adding some water, salt and jaggery.
  3. Transfer into a bowl, cover and allow it to fermentation overnight.
  4. Check the fermentation, heat tava.
  5. Pour the ladleful of batter, spread, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes in medium flame.
  6. Drizzle some oil on top.
  7. Remove and serve with chutney and aloo bhaji.
