Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton 1/2 cup
  2. Small onion 8
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil as required
  7. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Rice flour 2 cups
  10. For grinding:::
  11. Small onion 10
  12. Garlic 8
  13. Ginger 1 inch
  14. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  15. Cardamom 2
  16. Chinnamon stick small
  17. Cloves 2

Instructions

  1. Cook mutton in pressure cooker for 5-6 whistles.
  2. Grind the ingredients given.and keep it aside.
  3. In cooker heat oil add onion
  4. Add tomato and grounded paste
  5. Cook for 10 min.now add mutton pieces and mutton water.add 1/2 cup of water too.
  6. After add grounded masala paste.mix well.add salt,coriander powder cook for 15 min
  7. In bowl add rice flour,salt .add little by little hot water to make a smooth dough.
  8. Now roll it into small balls and press with 2 fingers.
  9. After add this rice balls little by little.stir it after 10 min
  10. Cook for 15-20 min.after add coconut milk.mix well.
  11. Now stir it.cook for 10 min in low flame.
  12. Spicy mutton thikkadi is ready to eat
