Today i am sharing very special n tasty mongo ladoo recipe, they are completely different from regular ladoos. Country- Saudi Arabia

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup dessicated coconut powder
  2. 1 tin condensed milk
  3. 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
  4. 2 fresh ripe mango

Instructions

  1. Peal n chop mango n grind to make a smoth paste.
  2. Heat a thick bottom pan, add dessicated coconut powder and stir for 2, 3 minutes or till fragrant.
  3. Remove from pan and keep aside.
  4. In the same pan add mango paste n stir well for a minute.
  5. Add 2 dropps of food colour(yellow n orange add , coconut powder.
  6. Then add condensed milk, cardmom powder and keep on stirring well.
  7. Mix everything well.
  8. Then take small boll size portions and roll to make bolls.
  9. Now roll ladoos in dissicated coconut powder.
  10. Repeat till all tge ladoos are done.
