Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Bread slices 10
  2. Sooji 200 gms
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Water 1 glass
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Paneer 100 gms
  7. Green coriander 1 handful
  8. Carrot grated 2
  9. Capsicum chopped 1
  10. Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
  11. Pizza cheese grated 2 tablespoon 1
  12. Cream 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put sooji or rawa mix it with curd and water and keep it for 15 minutes
  2. Take bread slices cut its sides
  3. Now take rawa bowl add salt and all vegetables
  4. Add creme in this mixture
  5. Now put a layer on a bread slice Put tomato ketchup on it
  6. Then heat a non stick pan
  7. Flip the slice and cook on non stick pan
  8. Now sprinkle some grated cheese
  9. Now serve it hot with tomato ketchup
