About Chicken Bomb Recipe

It's my own recipe. I named it chicken bomb because i have used chilli 3 times in this recipe. Its a spicy dish.

Chicken Bomb

Ingredients to make Chicken Bomb

  • chicken 500 gm
  • 2 big size onion chopped
  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • chilli paste 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeda
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 3 dry red chilli
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black paper
  • 1/2 cloves
  • 2 cinnamone sticks
  • 6-8 green cardomom
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Chicken Bomb

  1. Wash & clean the chicken & marinat with ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & rest it for 30 minutes.
  2. Dry roast the whole spices & coarsly grind it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan & add the chopped onion & saute well till it become golden.
  4. Then add the coarsly grind spices & saute well.
  5. Then add the marinated chicken. Mix it well & simmer it for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes add half cup of water & saute well & again simmer it for minutes more.
  7. Chicken bomb is ready to eat.

My Tip:

I have used 3 times f chilli for heat of the recipe. You can add less chilli about your taste.
