Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled eggs - 2
  2. Coconut oil 2 tbsp
  3. Onion - 1 small
  4. Curry leaves - few
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sambar powder/ boiled egg masala - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into half and keep aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add curry leaves once it's hot.
  3. Add the sambar powder/ boiled egg masala powder and salt to the oil and reduce the flame.
  4. Immediately add the egg towards the cut side on the tawa .
  5. Add the onions on the sides.
  6. Let it cook for 5-6 mins and transfer the contents to a bowl and enjoy.
