Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups All purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tesp baking powder
  3. 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  4. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1/4 cup melted butter
  8. 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  9. Salt and Pepper as per taste


  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 15 minutes
  2. Sift flour and baking powder, keep aside.
  3. Whisk eggs,stir in milk,melted butter and cheese.
  4. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
  5. Stir in the flour and baking powder mixture,till well combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped spinach and spring onions.
  7. Spoon the mixture into greased muffin tray,a little more than half the cup.
  8. Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
  9. A toothpick inserted into the muffin should come out clean.
