Gujrati famous recipe- Khandvi. Here I have served a new version of Khandvi with Tomato and Cheese! It is usually served as snacks.
Ek bowl mai besan flour, tomato pure, tomato ketchup, Red chilli powder, salt, spl Masala half tsp lo aur achhese mix kar lo. (isme lumps nahi rehne chahiye)
. Cooker lo, usme niche paani daalo, aur ek bartan mai ye batter lo.
Cooker ka lid lagake 5-6 siti laga lo.
5-6 siti hone ke baad, batter nikal lo aur 1 tsp oil daalke achhese mix kar lo. (batter thanda hone se pehle faila dena hai)
Ab iske upar grated cheese, white til, aur spl Masala sprinkle karlo.
Ab Khandvi ko lambi lambi strips kaat lo aur roll kar lo.
Ab iske upar butter, chilliflaks, mustered seeds ka tadka lagao aur Khandvi Upar pour karo
Ab serving plate mai cheese tomato Khandvi ke Upar tadka lagao aur tasty dish serve karo.
