Masala puri செய்முறை பற்றி

Masala puri is a healthy and filling kids lunch box and breakfast dish u can have this dish without side dish it can be served with raita or pickle

தேவையான பொருட்கள் பரிமாறும்: 4

  1. Wheat flour:2cup
  2. Besan flour(kadalai maavu)_1/2cup
  3. Oil for mixing the dough _2table spoon
  4. Salt_1tea spoon
  5. Jeera_1tea spoon
  6. Carrom seeds(ajwain)_1tea spoon
  7. Fennel seeds _1tea spoon
  8. Chilli powder_1tea spoon
  9. Turmeric powder _1tea spoon
  10. Garam masala _1tea spoon
  11. Coriander leaves _2table spoon
  12. Kasoori methi_1 table spoon
  13. Method:
  14. In a bowl add all the dry items one by one
  15. Mix the dough with 2cups of water or as required
  16. Dough should in tight consistency not very soft
  17. Rest the dough for 10minutes
  18. Take 1/4litre of oil in a kadhai
  19. Make Puris out of the dough
  20. With the help of oil
  21. When the oil is heat fry the Puris
  22. Serve with raita or pickles

  1. Ingredients Wheat flour_2cup Beasan flour(kadalai maavu)_1/2cup Jeera_1spoon Ajwain(carton seeds)_1spoon Fennel seeds _1spoon Chilli powder_1spoon Turmeric powder _1spoon Garam masala _1spoon Oil_1/4cup Coriander leaves 3spoon Salt_1/2spoon Method: Take a bowl in that add all the dry ingredients one by one in the centre add the oil then mix the dough with 1and1/2cup of water or as required but the dough should be little tight for puri rest the dough for 5to 10 minutes Take 2cups of oil in a kadai keep in high flame for 5minutes then switch the flame to medium make Puris out of the dough with little oil please don't use flour for making Puris once the oil is heated put the Puris and serve with raita pickle or alu sabji
