  1. Leftover ragi rotti dough 1 cup
  2. Ragi flour 1 cup
  3. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Butter 1/2 cup
  6. Sugar 2 tsp
  7. Finely chopped dry nuts badam, cashews and pistachios 1 cup
  8. Cooking oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER PLAIN RAGI ROTTI DOUGH, ADD SIEVED RAGI FLOUR 1 CUP
  2. BAKING SODA, SALT
  3. BUTTER 1/2 CUP
  4. MIX WELL
  5. MIX AND KNEAD WELL TO GET SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. DOUGH IS READY
  7. SUGAR 2 TSP
  8. FINELY CHOPPED DRY NUTS MIX 1 CUP
  9. MIX ALL TOGETHER
  10. GREASE THE COOKIES TRAY WITH COOKING OIL
  11. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND PAT THEM ON YOUR PALM, PLACE ON TRAY
  12. BAKE IT ON PREHEATED OVEN FOR 5-7 MINUTES
  13. AFTER WARM REMOVE AND SERVE
