Its a South india peanut and potato dry sabji.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boil potato- 1kg
  2. Peanut- 250gm
  3. Oil-2tablespoons
  4. cumin seeds- 1teaspoon
  5. coriander leaves
  6. lemon juice- 1tablespoons
  7. salt to taste
  8. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  9. Curry leaves- 10-15
  10. Asafoetida- 1/4teaspoon
  11. Green chilly- 4-5 chopped
  12. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST THE 250 GM PEANUTS TILL BROWN.
  2. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE AND LET THEM COOL.
  3. REMOVE THE SKIN.
  4. PUT THE PEANUTS IN MIXER JAAR.
  5. MAKE COARSE POWDER.
  6. HEAT 2TBS OF OIL IN A WOK ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND 1/4TSP ASAFOETIDA.
  7. NOW ADD 10 TO 15 CURRY LEAVES AND 4-5 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY.
  8. NOW ADD PEANUTS POWDER AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTE .
  9. NOW ADD 1/4TSP TURMARIC POWDER 1/2TSP OF RED CHILLY POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  10. NOW ADD 1KG OF BOIL AND CHOPPED POTATOES.
  11. MIX IT WELL.
  12. NOW ADD 1TBS OF LEMON JUICE.
  13. NOW ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
