  3. Onion sliced 2
  4. Tomatoes 2
  5. Ginger 1 inch
  6. Garlic 6
  7. Green chillies 5-6
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. To Temper
  11. Oil
  12. Mustard
  13. Jeera
  14. Methi

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 SLICED ONION, 2 TOMATOES, GINGER, GARLIC AND 5 GREEN CHILLIES
  2. CHOP 250 GMS SWEET PUMPKIN
  3. TAKE 1/2 CUP MOONG DAL
  4. HEAT OIL. ADD MUSTARD AND ALLOW TO CRACK
  5. ADD JEERA AND METHI
  6. ADD 2 SLICED ONION
  7. SAUTE TILL LITE BROWN
  8. SAUTE CHOPPED GINGER AND GARLIC
  9. ADD 5-6 GREEN CHILLIES AND CURRY LEAVES
  10. ADD CHOPPED 250 GMS PUMPKIN
  11. SAUTE
  12. ADD 2 CUT TOMATOES
  13. ADD RINSED 1/2 CUP MOONG DAL
  14. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, REQUIRED SALT AND 500 ML WATER
  15. PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 WHISTLES
  16. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES. MIX WELL.
  17. SERVE WITH IDLY, DOSA OR UTTAPPAM
