Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal ki wadiya 1 cup
  2. oil 1 tsp
  3. Rai jeera 1 tsp
  4. onion finely chopped 1
  5. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Red chillinpowder 1 tsp
  7. turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. water 4 cups
  10. salt
  11. coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP OIL,ADD 1 TSP RAI JEERA AND 1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED
  2. ONCE ONIONS ARE BROWN,ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TSP CORIANDER POWDER,TURMERIC
  3. NOW ADD 1 CUP SUNDRIED MOONG DAAL KI WADIYA
  4. ADD AROUND 4 CUPS OF WATER AND COOK
  5. COOK TILL MOONG DAAL KI WADI BECOMES SOFT FOR ABOUT 10-15 MIN,ADD SALT AND CORIANDER LEAVES
