Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
  2. 200 gms paneer
  3. 5-6garlic cloves
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. Red chilly powder 1tsp
  6. turmeric powder 1tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. Pinch of sugar
  9. malai [cream] 2 tsp
  10. ghee 1tsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  12. 3tomatoes choped

Instructions

  1. ADD 5-6 GARLIC CLOVES,PIECE OF GINGER 3TOMATOES,1ONION TO MIXER JAR
  2. 1 GREEN CHILLY
  3. 1TSP OF EACH RED CHILLY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER ,1/4TH TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  4. 1 TSP OF FRESH MALAI
  5. CLOSE THE JAR AND GRIND IT TO FINE PASTE
  6. PASTE IS READY
  7. ADD 1 TSP OF GHEE /CLARIFIED BUTTER TO PAN
  8. ADD A PIECE OF BAY LEAF AND 1/2 TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS
  9. ADD GRINDED GRAVY TO GHEE
  10. COVER WITH LID AND COOK FOR SOMETIME
  11. AFTER SOMETIME ADD SALT
  12. ADD PINCH OF SUGAR TO GRAVY TO RETAIN COLOURS OF VEGES
  13. ADD 1/2 BOWL OF BOILED GREEN PEAS
  14. ADD 1 BOWL OF PANEER CUT IN CUBES MIX IT COOK FOR SOMETIME AND ITS READY TO SERVE
