Instructions

ADD 5-6 GARLIC CLOVES,PIECE OF GINGER 3TOMATOES,1ONION TO MIXER JAR
1 GREEN CHILLY
1TSP OF EACH RED CHILLY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER ,1/4TH TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP OF FRESH MALAI
CLOSE THE JAR AND GRIND IT TO FINE PASTE
PASTE IS READY
ADD 1 TSP OF GHEE /CLARIFIED BUTTER TO PAN
ADD A PIECE OF BAY LEAF AND 1/2 TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS
ADD GRINDED GRAVY TO GHEE
COVER WITH LID AND COOK FOR SOMETIME
AFTER SOMETIME ADD SALT
ADD PINCH OF SUGAR TO GRAVY TO RETAIN COLOURS OF VEGES
ADD 1/2 BOWL OF BOILED GREEN PEAS
ADD 1 BOWL OF PANEER CUT IN CUBES MIX IT COOK FOR SOMETIME AND ITS READY TO SERVE
