Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. chicken 750gms
  2. curd 1cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. cream 2tbsp
  5. onions 2
  6. Mixture to be grounded
  7. Red chilli whole 6
  8. coriander seeds 2tbsp
  9. jeera 1tsp
  10. saunf 1tsp
  11. Poppy seeds 2tbsp
  12. coconut powder 1tbsp
  13. cardamom 4
  14. clove 4
  15. cinnamon 1inch stick
  16. Black pepper whole 10

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY
  2. MARINATE 750GMS CHICKEN WITH 1CUP CURD AND 2TBSP ginger garlic paste
  3. ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  4. MIX PROPERLY AND KEEP COVERED MINIMUM FOR AN HOUR
  5. GRIND ALL THE DRY SPICES FINELY WITH LITTLE WATER
  6. ADD THIS PASTE TO THE MARINATING CHICKEN
  7. HEAT 3/4CUP OIL IN A WOK AND ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS
  8. STIR TILL ONIONS ARE GOLDEN
  9. ADD ONLY THE CHICKEN PIECES LEAVING THE MARINADE IN THE BOWL
  10. COOK ON HIGH HEAT TILL THE CHICKEN IS SLIGHTLY BROWN
  11. NOW ADD THE LEFT OVER MARINADE AND 1CUP WATER TO THE CHICKEN
  12. COOK ON SLOW HEAT TILL THE CHICKEN IS SOFT
