  1. Wild and grated potato 2 cups
  2. Cheese slices 4
  3. Chopped cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons
  4. Beta 2 to 3 tablespoons
  5. Taste maker 2-3 teaspoons
  6. Mayonnaise as per requirement
  7. Black pepper powder half teaspoon
  8. bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
  9. tomato slices 8-10
  10. cucumber slices 8-10
  11. Toothpick to attach burger

Instructions

  1. 2 CUPS OF BOILED AND GRATED POTATO, 4-5 CHEESE SLICES AND CHEEDAR CHEESE CHOPPED 2 TABLESPOONS
  2. BREAD CRUMBS 2 TABLESPOONS, THIN SLICES OF TOMATO AND CUCUMBER , MAYONNAISE , TASTE MAKER 2 TEASPOONS AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TEASPOON
  3. REGULAR BURGER BUNS
  4. TAKE 2 CUPS OF BOILED AND GRATED POTATO, ADD 2 TEASPOONS OF TASTE MAKER AND 1/2 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  5. ADD 2-3 TEASPOONS OF BREAD CRUMBS
  6. MIX WELL IN TO A HOMOGENEOUS MIXTURE
  7. PREPARE PATTIES
  8. PLACE 2 TEASPOONS IF CHOPPED CHEDDAR CHEESE IN MIDDLE OF PATTIES AND SEAL IT FROM ALL OVER
  9. NOW COAT CHEESE STUFFED PATTIES INTO BREAD CRUMBS PROPERLY
  10. SAME WAY PREPARE ALL THE PATTIES
  11. HEAT 1-2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER ON A NON STICK PAN AND SHALLOW FRY PATTIES
  12. SHALLOW FRY PATTIES TILL GOLDEN BROWN, KEEP CHECKING AND TURNING IN BETWEEN
  13. CHEESE STUFFED PATTIES ARE NOW PERFECTLY READY
  14. TAKE BURGER BUNS AND CUT THEM HORIZONTALLY WITH THE HELP OF A KNIFE
  15. APPLY MAYONNAISE ON BOTH SIDES OF BUN GENEROUSLY
  16. MAYONNAISE SHOULD BE APPLIED EVENLY
  17. NOW PLACE CUCUMBER SLICES ON IT, THEN CHEESE SLICE AMD THEN READY CHEESE STUFF PATTIES
  18. PLACE TOMATO SLICES ON PATTIES AND COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SIDE OF BUN
  19. HEAT SOME BUTTER ON NON STICK PAN AND CAREFULLY PLACE BURGER IN IT
  20. SHALLOW FRY FOR SOMETIME FROM BOTH THE SIDES AND PUT A TOOTHPICK IN MIDDLE
  21. GARNSIH AS YOU LIKE AND SERVE HOT IMMEDIATELY WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND ENJOY ENDLESSLY CHEESE BURST BURGER
