  1. Milk 1/2 ltr
  2. vinegar 1 tsp
  3. Bell peppers 1 /4 pc each
  4. salt to taste
  5. Chillie pwdr 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. IN 1/2 LTR HOT MILK ,ADD 1 TSP VINEGAR
  2. STIR.U WILL NOTICE THE MILK CURDLE
  3. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIE
  4. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. ADD 1/4 PC EACH RED,YELLOW,GREEN BELL PEPPERS FINELY CHOPPED
  6. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  7. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA PWDR
  9. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  10. RE MOVE THE CUDDLED MILK IN A MUSLIN CLOTH
  11. TIE A KNOT & REMOVE EXCESS WATER
  12. OUR MASALA PANEER IS READY
  13. CUT IT INTO RECTANGLE SLICES AND PAN FRY THEM TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON ALL SIDES
  14. ENJOY WARM WITH KETCHUP
