Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. A) For QCHO Puding
  2. 1/2 cup Boiled quiona
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 2 tbsp coco powder
  5. 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  6. 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  7. 3 tbsp heavy cream
  8. 2 Cup raw milk
  9. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  10. B) for garnishing
  11. Dark chocolate sauce
  12. Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. TAKE BOILED QUIONA, SUGAR, COCO POWDER, DARK CHOCOLATE, CORNFLOUR, MILK, CREAM AND VANILLA ESSENCE
  2. TAKE A PAN AND ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR.
  3. NOW ADD 2 TBSP COCO POWDER.
  4. AFTER THAT ADD 2 TBSP CORNFLOUR AND MIX IT WELL.
  5. NOW TAKE TWO CUPS OF MILK. FIRST ADD 1/2 CUP MILK AND MIX IT WELL.
  6. AFTER THAT ADD REMAINING MILK AND MIX IT WELL.
  7. MIX WELL. MAKE SURE THERE WILL BE NO LUMBS.
  8. NOW TURN ON THE FLAME AND PUT THE PAN ON STOVE. FLAME SHOULD BE MEDIUM TO HEIGH.
  9. STIR CONSISTENCY.
  10. STIR TILL MIXTURE BECOME THICK.
  11. AFTER THAT ADD 1/2 CUP BOILED QUIONA AND MIX IT WELL.
  12. NOW ADD 1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE AND STIR IT WELL.
  13. MIX QUIONA AND CHOCOLATE WELL.
  14. NOW ADD 3 TBSP HEAVY CREAM.
  15. MIX IT WELL.
  16. AFTER THAT TURN OFF THE FLAME.
  17. NOW ADD 1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE. AND COMBINE WELL.
  18. TAKE THE MIXTURE FROM STOVE AND PUT ASIDE.
  19. COOL THE MIXTURE COMPLETELY.
  20. AFTER THAT PUT THE MIXTURE IN SERVING GLASS.
  21. AFTER 6 HOURS, REMOVE THE GLASSES FROM REFRIGERATOR.
  22. GARNISH IT WELL.
  23. QCHO PUDING IS READY TO BE SERVED.
