Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 15 medium sized prawns
  2. 2 onion sliced
  3. one and and half teaspoon dhania powder
  4. half teaspoon Garam Masala
  5. one teaspoon jeera powder
  6. one teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. TAKE PRAWNS, WASHED AND CLEANED, 15 PIECES
  2. HEAT MUSTARD OIL, HALF CUP
  3. ADD ONIONS, 2 MEDIUM SIZED SLICED
  4. ADD 2 BAY LEAVES AND SOME SALT
  5. AFTER ONIONS TURN TRANSLUCENT, ADD THE PRAWNS
  6. COOK UNTIL PRAWNS WATER DRIES
  7. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1 N HALF TSP DHANYA POWDER, 1 TSP ZEERA POWDER
  8. MIX PROPERLY AND ADD 1TSP GINGER GQRLIC PASTE
  9. ADD HALF TSP GARAM MASALA, AND COOK UNTIL RAW MASALA SMELL GOES OFF
  10. ADD COCONUT MILK LITTLE BY LITTLE TO MAKE THICK GRAVY
  11. ONE CUP COCONUT MILK IS NEEDED
  12. WHEN THE GRAVY THICKENS, SWITCH OF THE GAS.
