  1. Dosa rice 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water 1 ltr

Instructions

  1. CLEANLY WASH DOSA RICE 2 CUP
  2. ADD IN MIXIE JAR, GRIND UNTIL RAVA TEXTURE
  3. GRIND WITHOUT WATER
  4. TRANSFER INTO A PAN
  5. ADD SOME WATER
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL, CHECK THE WATER CONSISTENCY, IF ESSENTIAL ADD SOME MORE WATER
  7. FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME BY SAUTEING CONTINUOUSLY
  8. FRY UNTIL SPATULA STANDS STRAIGHT IN DOUGH
  9. MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  10. STEAM COOK FOR 35-40 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT WITH CHUTNEY
