Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3/4 cup Rajgira flour
  2. 2 medium boiled potatoes, mashed
  3. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  4. Sendha namak as per taste
  5. 1-2 green chillies crushed
  6. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. ghee as required

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP AMARANTH ( RAJGIRA ) FLOUR, ADD 2 BOILED, MASHED POTATOES
  2. ADD ROCK SALT ( SENDHA NAMAK ) TO TASTE
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 TBSP WATER, MAKE A DOUGH
  4. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF THE READY DOUGH, PLACE ON A GREASED FOIL SHEET, SHAPE INTO PARANTHA LIKE THIS
  5. FLIP THE PARANTHA OVER A HOT NONSTICK TAVA, CAREFULLY TAKE OFF THE FOIL
  6. GRILL ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  7. DRIZZLE GHEE ON BOTH SIDES
  8. SERVE HOT WITH CURD & SALAD
