Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes medium sized 3 roughly chopped
  2. Water for boiling as required
  3. Cooking oil 5 tablespoons
  4. Roasted cumin crushed 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Carom seeds crushed 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Himalayan pink salt 1/2 teaspoon or as required
  7. dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chili powder 1/4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil 3 medium sized potatoes . Roughly chop them before boiling . Cool once boiled .
  2. Peel the skin of the boiled potatoes . Potatoes are now ready to use .
  3. Heat 5 tablespoons oil in a pan .
  4. Drop the chopped potatoes in the hot oil .
  5. Fry both sides till crunchy .Add 1/2 teaspoon pink salt .
  6. Crush 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin , 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds to a coarse powder . Add to potatoes .
  7. Add 1 teaspoon dry mango powder.
  8. Add 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder . Toss the ingredients quickly in medium heat .
  9. Flip sides and Roast the potatoes until crunchy .
  10. Vrat wale Aloo Chaat is ready .
  11. Relish !
