  1. Macroni - 1/ 2 kg
  2. onions - 2 medium
  3. cauliflower - 1/2 cup
  4. garlic - 3 pieces
  5. salt
  6. Soya sauce - 4 yspn
  7. vinegar - 2 tspn
  8. tomato ketchup for garnishing

Instructions

  1. BOIL WATER, ADD THE MACRONI
  2. ADD 4 DROPS OF REFINED OIL TO PREVENT STICKING
  3. WHEN THEY BECOME SOFT, REMOVE THE HOT WATER AND WASH WITH COLD WATER
  4. HEAT OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS, GREEN CHILLIES
  5. WHEN THEY CRACKLE, ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  6. AFTER THEY TURN TRANSLUCENT, ADD CAULIFLOWER BUDS AND SALT
  7. COOK FOR 10 MIN, ADD GARLIC
  8. NOW ADD THE BOILED MACRONI
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD SOYA SAUCE
  11. ADD VINEGAR, COOK FOR 5 MIN
  12. MACRONI IS READY TO SERVE
