Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One and half cup oats
  2. 1/4 cup peanut butter
  3. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  4. Half cup banana puree
  5. Half cup apple puree
  6. Half cup honey
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  8. Half teaspoon salt
  9. Half cup almond powder
  10. Half cup flaxseed powder
  11. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  1. Add 1&1/2 cup of oats to a bowl and 1/2 cup of grounded flax seeds
  2. Add 1/2 cup of grounded almond powder 1/2 tsp of salt and 1tsp of cinnamon powder
  3. Mix dry ingredients and keep aside
  4. In a big bowl add 1tbsp of sundrop peanut butter
  5. 1/2 cup of banana puree,1/2 cup of honey
  6. Add 1/2 cup of apple puree and 1tsp of vanilla essence
  7. Mix these wet ingredients
  8. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  9. Mix well till all combines well
  10. Add this batter to a rectangular tin lined with parchment paper
  11. Spread it evenly
  12. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven for 140 degrees celcius
  13. Remove as it bakes
  14. Spread some more peanut butter
  15. Spread all over
  16. Again bake for more 10 minutes
  17. Cool it completely in fridge for 1/2 an hour
  18. Cut into triangles
  19. Triangles are ready to serve for breakfast
