Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup cauliflower
  2. one cup chopped potato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  7. 2 tbsp chili powder
  8. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  9. salt
  10. 2 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TBSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  4. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, 2 TSP RED CHILLI, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
  5. ADD SALT, 2 CUPS CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, 1 CUBED POTATO, MIX WELL
  6. ADD SOME WATER, COVER & COOK ON LOW- MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 MINS
  7. SERVE HOT WITH ROTIS
